Q. Do you offer cabinets at different price levels?
A. Absolutely. We offer six cabinet brands at a range of price points, which allows us to recommend a line that fits both your project and what you’re comfortable spending. We’ve worked with these manufacturers for years and chose them because we trust their quality, construction, and value. While pricing and features vary from one line to another, we’ll help you find the best combination of quality, style, and price for your kitchen.
Q. Can I get hardware and countertops from you?
A. Yes. We work with multiple laminate, granite, and quartz suppliers, along with excellent hardware vendors offering a wide variety of styles, finishes, and colors. That allows us to help you coordinate the details of your kitchen in one place.
Q. Do you install?
A. We do not provide installation directly. Our focus is on designing your kitchen, bathroom, or closet and supplying the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. If you need installation, we can connect you with contractors and installers who can help complete the project.
Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. Not necessarily. We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8:00–4:00 and Friday from 8:00–noon, and we’re always happy to work with walk-in guests.
If you’re ready to spend some time seriously planning a space, though, we recommend making an appointment. That ensures we’re available when you are and allows us to give you our full attention. We can also schedule appointments after hours or on weekends when needed, giving you uninterrupted time to explore the showroom and work through your project with us.
Q. Do you come to my home to measure?
A. Absolutely—and it’s free. In-home measuring is an important part of our design process because it gives us a chance to really see and understand your space. We can brainstorm ideas with you right there, while also identifying things we’ll need to design around, such as an unusual ceiling height, a floor vent, existing plumbing, or other obstacles.
Seeing the space firsthand helps us create a design that not only looks great on paper, but works in your home.
Check out our Our Process page to see how in-home measuring fits into the overall design process.
Q. How long does the design and ordering process take?
A. We’ll work with you throughout the design process until your kitchen meets your needs and expectations—however long that takes. Some designs come together quickly, while others take a little more time and refinement. We don’t rush that part of the process.
Once your cabinets are ordered, delivery time depends on the cabinet line you choose. Lead times can range from as little as five days to as long as nine weeks, with about six weeks being typical for most of our projects.
Q. What should I bring to my first meeting?
A. Bring photos of your current kitchen, along with any pictures, inspiration, or ideas for what you’d like the new space to look like. It also helps to think about details such as cabinet inserts, under-cabinet lighting, range hood ideas, and whether you’re considering an island or peninsula.
The more you already know about what you like, the more quickly we can move from exploring ideas to refining the design—and ultimately get you closer to ordering.
